Online orders can take up to one month due to shipping times and manufacturers inventory levels. We will let you know if anything you ordered has any delays and offer alternatives if there is a time issue. We have so many items in stock at our store at 364 Mill Street, Danville, PA. A lot of our items are not yet on the website. We always recommend coming in and finding the perfect scrub set that will keep you happy and comfortable! We want the best for our hometown heroes and will do anything to help! Come visit us! We'd be happy to help you. :)
Return and Refund Policy
RETURNABLE/ REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
- Uniforms with tags attached, unwashed, unworn, in the condition it left the store (ie. no pet hair, odors, excessive wrinkles, etc.) Valid for seven days after purchase, please have your receipt ready.
- Special Orders: Returns and exchanges can be made up to seven days after we notify you that your order has arrived on items we carry in-store only (a $5 per item restock fee applies). If items are not picked up after one year from this call, this order will then be forfeited back to the store.
NOT RETURNABLE / NOT REFUNDABLE:
- Any uniform with embroidery
- Shoes, socks, medical equipment
- Any special order for items we do not carry in-store
- Unworn, unwashed uniforms with tags attached AFTER seven days
